This notice describes the website’s current inquiry routes. Updated October 16, 2026.

Initial inquiries

The common inquiry form asks for your name, email, service interest, an optional organization name, and a short description of business needs. The Online Audit form additionally asks about company size, locations, states of operation, industry, and audit priorities. These forms send information through FormSubmit to info@hr-magma.com. An email link instead opens your email application.

Use these routes for general business information only. Do not send identifiable employee records, medical information, investigation evidence, or confidential personnel details.

Follow-up and records

Information supplied in an inquiry is used to review and respond to that inquiry and discuss a potential engagement. Before sensitive records are shared, the parties need to agree the sharing method, authorized access, purpose, and records arrangements. A public inquiry form is not a personnel-record portal.

Services involved

The inquiry forms use FormSubmit for email delivery. Pages with the Google Analytics tag send website-usage information to Google Analytics. The sites are hosted through ChatGPT Sites. These providers process information under their own arrangements and notices.

Restricted pages

The private retainer page uses a session cookie after password entry. Daily Spark uses ChatGPT sign-in for restricted access. Do not share passwords or account credentials in inquiries.
